You'll plan and execute soccer practices and clinics for high school students at DREAM Charter High School, ensuring safe and engaging sessions that align with program outcomes. This seasonal role offers the chance to inspire youth through sport in a supportive community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute sports clinics and practices
• Ensure student safety and supervision
• Take and report attendance daily
• Promote positive youth behavior and skill-building

📋 Requirements

• Understand the sport's rules and regulations
• Experience working with teenagers required
• Ability to model sport-based youth development principles

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years of coaching experience
• Previous competitive playing experience at high school or college level
• CPR/First Aid certification

📨 Hiring Process

Start date 7/6/2026, end date 7/30/2026, plus one day of paid training the week of June 29; practices Monday-Thursday, 1 hour 15 minutes between 4:30-7pm.
