Description

You will own the roadmap for internal tools and platforms, including the flagship product Skeptic, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ship solutions that boost productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive product management experience, ideally with internal tools, enterprise software, or SaaS products
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and gathering requirements from non-technical teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to align stakeholders and write crisp specs
• Collaborative mindset with ability to influence without authority across multiple internal teams
• Understanding of technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications and/or data products

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize roadmap for Skeptic internal tools and platforms, balancing business needs, user feedback, and technical feasibility
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and specs that translate business needs into buildable solutions
• Work closely with engineering and design to deliver reliable, scalable internal software on time
• Analyze usage data and gather qualitative feedback from internal users to continuously improve products
• Communicate roadmap progress and product decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership
