Your work will involve mapping complex processes, making them simple and repeatable, and embedding them into tools that teams actually use.

• Experience designing and managing quality procedures
• Ability to map complex processes and make them repeatable
• Skill in embedding quality into tools used by teams
• Knowledge of production quality procedures and continuous improvement
• Experience with supplier onboarding and audit procedures

Responsibilities

• Design and implement clear, efficient, repeatable procedures for requirement flow across the organization
• Build templates, checklists, and automated steps integrated into PLM/MES and design tools
• Simplify requirement interpretation and document generation using modern tools
• Define and maintain practical production quality procedures (work instructions, inspection plans, process capability checks)
• Create feedback loops for production/design teams to suggest and implement improvements
