Description

You will lead the design and build of a new multi-region HashiCorp Vault platform, serving as the SME for secrets management. You'll shape architecture, ensure resilience, and collaborate with security and engineering teams to integrate services securely.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in designing and operating HashiCorp Vault in production
• Experience with multi-region deployments on public cloud (preferably AWS)
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform
• Knowledge of modern authentication (OIDC, SAML, JWT) and PKI management
• Experience with Kubernetes and tools like Helm and Argo CD

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of multi-region HashiCorp Vault on public cloud
• Create and maintain design documents and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
• Develop and test strategies for performance, DR, and HA
• Act as primary SME for Vault and secrets management, evangelizing best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams for secure integration with Vault ecosystem
