Description
As a Customer Support Associate on the Starlink team, you will be the face of the service to customers, triaging and resolving issues across multiple channels. You'll analyze trends and design effective support interventions to improve the customer experience, working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- 1+ years of front-line customer support experience.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- Available to work scheduled shifts including holidays and overtime/weekends as needed.
- Must be local to Redmond, WA area or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve customer issues across digital and voice channels.
- Be a relentless internal advocate for the customer within SpaceX.
- Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise.
- Surface product and process issues using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting workflows and resolve root-cause issues.
