Description

As a Floor Lead at Mejuri, you will drive store success by ensuring exceptional customer service, mentoring the team, and overseeing daily operations. You'll lead by example to meet KPIs, support inventory and merchandising, and foster a positive, engaging work environment.

Requirements

• Proficient in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Ability to lead by example and collaborate effectively
• Experience in retail leadership or similar role
• Knowledge of fine jewelry or luxury retail preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team on Mejuri's Steps of Selling to uphold customer experience
• Drive team performance and engagement to achieve KPIs (OPH, NPS, SPH, conversion)
• Ensure positive customer experience for piercing, engraving, and other services
• Participate in inventory cycle counts, order fulfillment, and BOH organization
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with team onboarding
