You will independently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize games' growth and profitability. Strategize, execute, and optimize mobile campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, while working cross-functionally to drive user acquisition and creative strategies.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years experience in media buying/user acquisition/performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels
- Strategize, execute and optimize mobile campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP, SDK, CTV, Influencer marketing
- Locate, negotiate and develop creative acquisition solutions
- Design and execute A/B multivariate testing and present results
- Work cross-functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams
