Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategies into infrastructure roadmaps for Hosting, Network/Telephony, and Workplace Experience
• Lead modernization efforts including cloud transitions, network transformation, and digital workplace initiatives
• Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure operations with established SLAs and KPIs
• Manage operational and capital budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to three product teams
