Description

You will develop and deploy large-scale ML systems at Stripe, working on foundation models for fraud detection, enhanced support, and user behavior prediction across critical financial products. This role involves end-to-end ownership of ML models from design to launch, collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field (graduating winter 2025 or spring/summer 2026)
• Practical ML and programming experience (Python, Scala, Spark, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
• Expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, ML ops, LLMs, or reinforcement learning
• Demonstrated collaborative project work and proactive learning ability
• Published peer-reviewed articles preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, train, improve, and launch ML models end-to-end
• Write production-scale ML models for global business use
