You'll lead third-party sales partnerships and the sales enablement function for a clean energy company. You will drive vendor program performance and optimize sales operations to power partner-led and inside sales channels. This role offers the chance to scale innovative sales programs in a fast-growing industry.

  • Lead residential sales vendor strategy and program performance
  • Oversee sales enablement and operations across channels
  • Manage and develop the Sales Enablement Operations function
  • Design and optimize scalable operational processes
  • Own performance analytics and dashboard reporting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in vendor management, B2B partnerships, or related field
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of scaling third-party vendor programs
  • Strong operational background in process design and continuous improvement

  • LMS platforms and sales training content development
  • Program management certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
