You'll lead third-party sales partnerships and the sales enablement function for a clean energy company. You will drive vendor program performance and optimize sales operations to power partner-led and inside sales channels. This role offers the chance to scale innovative sales programs in a fast-growing industry.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead residential sales vendor strategy and program performance
- Oversee sales enablement and operations across channels
- Manage and develop the Sales Enablement Operations function
- Design and optimize scalable operational processes
- Own performance analytics and dashboard reporting
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in vendor management, B2B partnerships, or related field
- 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of scaling third-party vendor programs
- Strong operational background in process design and continuous improvement

- Salesforce experience
- LMS platforms and sales training content development
- Program management certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
