Description

You will partner with UX Research, Product Management, Design, and Engineering to transform complex behavioral and usage data into actionable insights that drive product strategy and improve user experience. This strategic role focuses on uncovering key metrics, building dashboards, and guiding cross-functional teams with data-informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years experience in Product Analytics for B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets from Snowflake or similar data warehouse
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Google Analytics) and BI tools (e.g., Sigma)
  • Experience defining and measuring KPIs such as activation, engagement, retention, and churn
  • Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to launch and refine product designs

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Design, Content, and Product Management to identify quantitative data needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate with designers to define and track metrics for business and user impact, and craft measurable hypotheses
  • Proactively analyze data to surface insights influencing product strategy and customer experience
  • Help train peers to effectively utilize research findings and usage metrics
  • Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting frameworks for cross-functional teams
