💼 About This Role

You'll own finance end-to-end as the first CFO at Assembled, an AI-native company. You'll drive pricing architecture, unit economics, and capital strategy while setting the template for how every function operates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own FP&A end-to-end including operating model and unit economics
• Manage capital strategy including burn, cash planning, and runway
• Lead operating cadence for month-end close and board reporting
• Drive revenue operations including Salesforce and GTM systems

📋 Requirements

• Well-rounded experience across FP&A, accounting, and more
• Deep knowledge of SaaS drivers (ideally $30M→$100M)
• Board-facing ability to translate analysis into narratives
• Hands-on mindset with willingness to micromanage when needed

• Experience with AI tools and latest models like Opus vs Sonnet
• Background in pricing and packaging strategy
