💼 About This Role

You'll lead the financial planning and analysis function at Allium, the system of record for onchain finance. You'll own the operating model, annual plan, forecasts, and metrics frameworks, partnering directly with the leadership team to drive capital allocation and performance. This is a build-from-scratch role at a fast-growing company powering Visa, Stripe, and major financial institutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the operating model, annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial outlook
• Lead monthly and quarterly FP&A close with variance analysis and rolling reforecasts
• Build and maintain headcount plans with functional leaders
• Provide analytical backbone for pricing decisions and GTM strategy

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of FP&A experience at high-growth SaaS companies
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, CAC, burn multiple)
• Experience with usage-based pricing and infrastructure cost modeling
• Proven ability to build from scratch with minimal direction
