Description

You'll lead sales and guest experience strategy in-store, ensuring exceptional service and driving business targets. You'll coach the sales team, analyze sales opportunities, and partner with the General Manager to build and execute store sales initiatives.

• Ability to constantly move around store, including sales floor and back of house

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and technical product education
• Support team members to address gaps through feedback and coaching
• Build client relationship daily with customers
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives
