You'll join Comply's growing Finance team, supporting a leading compliance SaaS provider. You'll perform variance analysis, build financial models, and administer complex compensation plans to drive performance. The role offers exposure to ERP and EPM tools like NetSuite and Adaptive.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform monthly variance analysis and explain budget differences
• Calculate and administer complex variable compensation plans
• Assist in annual budgets, forecasts, and multi-year planning
• Drive 3-statement financial model development and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of quantitative or analytical work experience
• Excel skills for building financial models
• Experience with SaaS or subscription billing preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite)
• Experience with EPM applications (Adaptive)
• Familiarity with incentive compensation platforms (Salesforce SPIFF)
