๐ผ About This Role
You'll split your time between supporting senior sellers on technical sales and contributing as a senior resource to the SE team. Your core impact is ensuring each technical sale succeeds through strong storytelling and custom workarounds. You'll also help build process improvements and scale the SE team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials for prospects.
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Eliminate sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches.
- Share takeaways and best practices across the SE team.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud software and cloud-connected hardware.
- Working knowledge of integration standards (XML, REST, SOAP, EDI).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with RESTful APIs between SaaS applications.
- Exposure to SaaS-based integrations.
- Previous experience managing hardware/software product evaluations.
