Description

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to architect, design, and implement DevSecOps, FinOps, and Engineering Excellence solutions for enterprise customers. You'll interface with customer technical teams and leadership to analyze current processes and implement optimized Harness setups. This role involves developing best practices and automations for scalable, repeatable deployments.

Requirements

• BA/BS in CS or related field with 3+ years relevant experience
• 5+ years DevOps experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, cloud platforms
• Experience delivering custom solutions to customers of all sizes
• Must have security clearance for Federal customers
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer technical teams to analyze current DevSecOps/CI/CD tools and processes
• Architect and implement optimized Harness setup for integration, scale, and repeatability
• Interface with Executive and Leadership teams to align CI/CD goals with business objectives
• Document and implement best practices and reference patterns from engagements
• Contribute to product design, community, and technical knowledge base
