You'll oversee critical elements of the day-to-day operation of the Stadiums & Arenas Client Services Team, supervising senior staff and ensuring compliance with configuration and financial best practices. You'll drive high service standards and foster positive client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative ticketing solutions for iconic venues.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Resolve escalated product and service-related issues
  • Oversee client services portion of new client implementations
  • Lead division initiatives, special projects, and custom configurations
  • Recruit, select, train, and conduct performance reviews for staff

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year)
  • 6-8 years related experience
  • Experience leading a high-functioning customer service team
  • Live event ticketing and event programming experience

  • Advanced event programming across multiple venue types
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
  • Experience with AXS or similar ticketing platforms
