💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale Dandy's global training operations across the U.S., Canada, and international markets. You'll manage a team of Training and Operations Managers to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for new dental practices. You'll be a key partner to Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Enablement teams, driving initiatives that elevate customer experience and streamline operations as we transform the dental industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop Training and Operations Managers across global teams
  • Own global training operations including capacity planning and resource allocation
  • Define and track KPIs for onboarding quality and trainer productivity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align training programs with business needs

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in operations, training, or customer experience leadership
  • Proven success as a manager of managers leading multiple teams
  • Deep experience using performance data to guide coaching and capacity decisions
  • Experience scaling global teams across regions and delivery modes

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or high-touch B2B environments
  • Familiarity with global or multilingual teams across North America and Europe
