You'll work on Affirm's Fraud Strategy and Analytics team, analyzing data to optimize fraud decisioning strategies. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration to improve conversion rates and reduce fraud losses. This role offers the chance to impact consumer finance through data-driven insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze data to identify fraud prevention and product improvement opportunities.
• Develop scalable frameworks for fraud machine learning model cutoffs.
• Design and monitor dashboards and reports for key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive user acquisition and retention.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in customer risk management at a payments or financial company.
• Fluent in SQL and Python.
• Strong ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a quantitative field (engineering, statistics, math, economics).
