💼 About This Role

You'll prepare and portion menu items in a fast-paced kitchen for a rapidly expanding soul food restaurant group. You'll maintain a safe, sanitary workspace and collaborate with the team to ensure consistent quality. This role offers opportunity to grow with a Black-owned company opening multiple new locations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize workstation before, during, and after shift
• Prepare and portion all items according to recipes and standards
• Operate station efficiently following recipe specifications
• Participate in quality assurance checks with management

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler's Card and RBS Certification
