You'll join Wave's integration team to incorporate bill pay functionalities, ensuring seamless payment experiences for customers, agents, and businesses. You'll maintain feature reliability, manage partner relationships, and contribute to our mission of making Africa cashless. This role offers ownership of projects from problem to production in a fast-growing fintech backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage operationally escalated cases from Support Teams.
• Analyze and interpret periscope charts for insights.
• Forecast and follow up on collections processes.
• Communicate requirements to the engineering team.

📋 Requirements

• University degree in IT, finance, or related discipline.
• 2+ years in a comparable position (Customer Service, Back Office).
• Basic technical knowledge and sense of prioritization.
• Fluency in English and local languages.

• Background in mobile wallets or money transfers.
• SQL proficiency is advantageous.
