You'll lead the overall brand strategy for Insomnia Cookies, ensuring clarity and consistency across every customer touchpoint. You'll partner with the Creative Director to translate strategy into compelling creative that drives cultural relevance and business growth. This role offers a 4-day work week and a highly visible leadership opportunity to shape brand identity.

  • Evolve brand strategy including positioning and architecture
  • Translate customer insights into actionable brand platforms
  • Lead brand strategy behind integrated campaigns and launches
  • Define and track brand performance metrics with analyst
  • Act as brand authority across the organization

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8โ€“12+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Consumer brand experience (lifestyle, food/beverage, QSR)
  • Track record connecting brand strategy to business growth
  • Deep knowledge of Gen Z behavior and social platforms
