💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral and social skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting, following treatment plans developed by BCBAs. Your work directly improves communication and daily living skills for each child. You'll receive paid training and RBT certification support to launch your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record progress in Central Reach data system
• Assist with BCBA assessments and session notes

📋 Requirements

• 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, run
• Must obtain RBT or CBT certification within 60 days
• High school diploma or equivalent required

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification (for specific locations)
