💼 About This Role

You'll join Harvey's in-house legal team, working directly with the Head of Privacy to maintain a culture of privacy and security. You'll collaborate with commercial, product, and security teams to ensure global privacy compliance and shape AI governance frameworks. This role offers the chance to define how frontier AI is deployed responsibly in legal services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate Data Processing Agreements with customers and vendors
• Develop and scale global privacy programs including DPIAs and RoPAs
• Evaluate privacy impact of product developments with engineering teams
• Monitor and respond to changes in privacy and AI regulations

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of post-qualification experience in privacy and data protection
• Expertise in U.S. and E.U. data protection law
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across legal and business teams

• Experience with AI-specific regulations (e.g., CCPA AI governance)
