💼 About This Role

You'll own product launch execution for a remote-first SaaS company building inventory and manufacturing software. You'll directly impact how customers understand, adopt, and get value from what we build, using AI tools to work at a pace and quality level that would have taken twice the headcount.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product launch execution and develop GTM activities
• Manage cadence and content of customer-facing communications
• Develop launch assets such as customer-facing content and collateral
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience executing product launches end-to-end in B2B SaaS
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for customer audiences
• Proven ability to use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools as a productivity layer
• Experience with Intercom or similar customer communication and onboarding platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with market research and competitive analysis
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Background in inventory or manufacturing software domain
