As a CNA/STNA at Otterbein SeniorLife, you'll provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, assisting with daily tasks like bathing, eating, and ambulating. You'll work under nurse supervision to help residents maintain independence and comfort, while accurately documenting care.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/STNA certification in Ohio
• Active on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use proper lift techniques and equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care
• Provide support services under nurse supervision
• Help residents maintain comfort and independence
• Document care accurately and timely
