Description

As an Avionic Technician, you will support the assembly and integration of avionics systems within our satellite production line, focusing on harness dressing, routing, securing wire harnesses, and installing avionics components per aerospace standards. You'll work with engineering documentation to ensure quality and compliance, and collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in avionics harnessing, preferably in aerospace or satellite manufacturing
• Proficient with harness dressing standards in aerospace environments
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring schematics, and work instructions
• Willingness to work in cleanroom environment with PPE

Responsibilities

• Perform harness dressing, routing, lacing, shielding, and clamping of cables within spacecraft modules
• Install avionics equipment following interface control documents and installation drawings
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Ensure compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620, NASA-STD-8739.4, and company quality standards
• Document work performed and report non-conformances to engineering and quality teams
