🎯 What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls empathetically, using plain language.
- Explain benefits coverage, deductibles, copays, and out-of-pocket max.
- Find in-network providers and update account information.
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years customer service/healthcare experience, or 5 years experience.
- High-volume call handling using VoIP systems.
- Google Workspace, Apple products, and CRM software proficiency.
- HIPAA compliance and confidentiality maintenance.
