🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound calls empathetically, using plain language.
  • Explain benefits coverage, deductibles, copays, and out-of-pocket max.
  • Find in-network providers and update account information.
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years customer service/healthcare experience, or 5 years experience.
  • High-volume call handling using VoIP systems.
  • Google Workspace, Apple products, and CRM software proficiency.
  • HIPAA compliance and confidentiality maintenance.

  • Healthcare benefits navigation experience.
  • Familiarity with carrier portals.
