You'll operate at the intersection of technology and storytelling, bringing your technical knowledge to bear in a sales setting. Your core impact is building prospective customer confidence in Braze's capabilities and laying strong foundations for long-term partnerships. This role offers an opportunity to expand your thought leadership while mentoring Solutions Consultants and collaborating with sales, marketing, security, and product teams.
π― What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process
- Bring extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to each engagement
- Act as a technical thought leader across industry verticals, customer types, and geographic markets
- Mentor other Solutions Consultants on the team
π Requirements
- Pre-sales Engineering or Sales Engineering experience selling into sophisticated accounts
- Domain knowledge of two or more of: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to listen and understand customer problems
- Bias toward action and a high level of intellectual curiosity

- Experience in Technical Account Management or Customer Success
- Experience with Braze platform or similar marketing engagement platforms
- Multilingual abilities for South EMEA region
