You'll build and scale core analytics infrastructure for a fast-growing Web3 technology organization. You'll design end-to-end data systems that transform raw data into trusted insights, enabling data-driven decisions across product, engineering, marketing, and finance. This role blends data engineering, analytics engineering, and platform ownership in a high-impact environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end analytics data pipelines including ingestion, transformation, and monitoring.
• Design scalable self-serve data products like curated datasets and dashboards.
• Implement data quality, observability, and reliability frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and standardize KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in analytics engineering or similar data platform roles.
• Advanced SQL expertise for data modeling and query optimization.
• Strong Python skills for pipelines and automation.
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow).

• Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics like LTV and CAC.
