Description
In this fully remote role, you will coordinate care for 5-7 medical providers, manage medication refills and prior authorizations, respond to crisis calls, and provide patient education. Your work ensures high-quality, patient-centered care for children and families with behavioral health needs.
Requirements
- Active RN License in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and Maryland
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum 3 years of professional nursing experience
- Outpatient behavioral health or pediatrics experience preferred
- Proficient in technology and comfortable in a virtual work environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care for 5-7 medical providers, scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Manage crisis response, including updating crisis trackers and escalating as needed
- Process medication refill requests, monitor for misuse, and communicate with pharmacies
- Track lab compliance, review lab results, and escalate critical values
- Complete prior authorizations, medical forms, and provide patient education
