You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, manage daily operations, and meet sales targets. This role lets you combine your fandom with retail leadership while working with a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

✨ Nice to Have

• Passion for music and pop culture
• Experience with BOPIS or curbside pickup
• Knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT
