🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain compliance regulations for pump, power, HVAC equipment
• Train and coach associates on equipment troubleshooting and product knowledge
• Travel to Pump locations to train, repair, and mentor technicians
• Develop multi-skill level Pump training programs
• Engineer and manage large projects

📋 Requirements

• Past project management or job foreman experience
• Subject matter expert in Pump, Power and HVAC equipment
• Prior experience facilitating training in classroom or field
• Ability to travel frequently within territory
