Description

You will lead the global Enterprise IT operations team, manage IT architecture and processes, and drive cloud migration. This role offers the chance to shape IT strategy for a growing company and be part of the Infrastructure and Production leadership team.

Requirements

• Cloud-first allrounder understanding modern, agile and secure Enterprise IT
• Great people leader for Enterprise IT team
• Technical knowledge to lead in most difficult IT-support questions
• Team player motivated to drive projects independently
• Experience with Google Workspace ecosystem
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work at least three days a week from Helsinki office

Responsibilities

• Lead global Enterprise IT operations team
• Lead Enterprise IT architecture, development and processes
• Participate in complex IT sysadmin duties and projects
• Plan and execute development IT projects with internal and external resources
• Build secure enterprise IT operations processes in collaboration with Security team
• Enhance collaboration and communication across teams
• Plan and develop IT automation for efficient operations
• Manage Enterprise IT costs and budget
• Manage IT assets, data, software and inventory
