You'll own the Emergency Department product end-to-end, defining the roadmap and driving clinician experience. Your core impact will be making Ambience the indispensable operating system for emergency medicine by improving clinician efficiency and reducing documentation burden. This role combines deep product ownership with direct GTM partnership, working in a high-acuity healthcare environment with strong backing from top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive ED product roadmap grounded in clinical evidence and feedback.
• Own end-to-end ED workflow: triage, documentation, orders, disposition, handoff.
• Drive measurable improvements in clinician efficiency metrics.
• Build ED ROI story for physicians, employers, and health systems.
• Own adoption metrics and expand into adjacent personas and settings.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning a vertical product line.
• Track record of building deep domain expertise quickly in complex fields.
• Experience with full value chain: value creation, customer capture, and monetization.
• Strong technical fluency with AI/ML products, API integrations, and system design.

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare, health tech, or regulated-industry experience.
• Familiarity with ambient AI, NLP, or clinical documentation technology.
• Prior 0→1 product vertical experience.
