Description

As the PM Lead for the Cross-VALORANT Experience Initiative, you will define the long-term vision and roadmap for the XVX team, improving the holistic player journey from start to post-game. You'll manage technical complexity, lead cross-team projects, and partner with Engineering, Production, and Insights to align product and technical plans. Your goal is to ensure a high-quality player experience and drive player, product, and business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years in game/software development.
• 6+ years as Product Manager or Producer on medium to large teams.
• 4+ years direct people management experience.
• Deep understanding of player/customer needs in complex audience segments.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams to successful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for player-facing and technical opportunities on VALORANT XVX team.
• Drive core loop in player flow: improve session start, in-game, and post-game experiences.
• Anticipate future challenges and orchestrate multi-team responses to meet evolving player and dev needs.
• Lead highly complex cross-game projects representing the holistic out-of-game player experience.
• Manage technical complexity, validate requirements, and communicate tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.
