Description

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to build operational infrastructure for new product launches. You'll lead multiple projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and partner with customers to develop standard operating procedures while ensuring high-quality customer outcomes through monitoring and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Science, Computing, Finance or related field
• 2 years of experience in product or project strategy in a high-tech growth environment
• 2 years of experience in executing complex operational projects with distributed teams
• 2 years of experience in fast-paced environment crafting rapid fixes to sensitive problems
• 2 years of experience in written and verbal communications for solving user problems

Responsibilities
