Description

You will define the architectural strategy for Sigma's go-to-market revenue engine, owning the technical design, integration logic, and data integrity of the entire GTM ecosystem. This is a builder-first leadership role where you'll architect scalable systems and automation that power every stage of the revenue motion, reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Architecture, or Sales/Revenue Operations Technology
• Deep hands-on Salesforce Admin/Architect expertise (Flows, CPQ, custom objects, integrations)
• Strong experience with enrichment and outbound automation workflows (Clay or comparable)
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered automation
• Data-first thinker comfortable in SQL, collaborative with Data Engineers

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-to-end architecture of GTM stack (Sigma, Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, LeanData, Zoominfo) ensuring extensibility and resilience
• Architect signal-based lead and account routing, territory management, and opportunity orchestration
• Partner with Data Engineering to build internal, Sigma-powered replacements for legacy SaaS tools (SaaS Takeout)
• Lead Salesforce enrichment platform strategy including custom objects, flows, integrations, and advanced outbound workflows via Clay
• Rigorously evaluate tool ROI, lead migrations, sunset redundant technologies, and own vendor relationships
