Description

As a Customer Advocate, you will create an amazing car pickup experience for customers at our Vending Machine, handle paperwork, and resolve minor issues. You'll be the face of Carvana, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lift up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pickup experience for customers
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system
• Address customer questions or minor technical issues
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
• Obtain Notary within first 90 days
