You'll provide multidisciplinary clinical support to patients in a weight-management program, triaging and assessing their medical side effects and enquiries primarily via email. Your core impact is ensuring timely, accurate responses that maintain patient safety and adherence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage patients' medical side effects and enquiries via email
• Provide appropriate assistance and information, escalating when needed
• Ensure timely and accurate responses adhering to safety standards
• Monitor patient progress and initiate support to increase treatment adherence

📋 Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine, Registered Pharmacist, or Registered Nurse
• 2+ years post-registration experience in healthcare
• Excellent writing skills for clear, patient-friendly email communication
• Willingness to work a late mid-shift schedule (2PM-1AM or 6PM-3AM Manila time)
