Description

In this part-time role, you will build rapport with customers, capture leads, and convert them through charismatic product presentations and superb follow-through. You'll support sales peers, build client relationships, educate about resale, and represent Rebag as a brand ambassador. Success is measured by converting new business and creating loyal fans who share our story.

Requirements

• Team-oriented and able to work cross-functionally
• Strong organization, prioritization, time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work across multiple systems
• Passion for fashion and sustainability
• Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working weekends/evenings

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest degree of customer service and provide elevated customer experience
• Meet/exceed personal, category and store sales goals and KPIs
• Build client relationships for new client acquisition and retention
• Act as brand ambassador representing Rebag
• Stock operations, processing online purchase orders, and maintain visual merchandising
