🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage daily lead pipeline of listed vehicles to convert sales
- Broker negotiations between sellers and buyers on pricing
- Maintain pipeline hygiene with clear status updates
- Meet daily KPI expectations for calls, emails, and texts
📋 Requirements
- Experience in a target-driven role with revenue or volume goals
- Proven ability to manage high-volume lead pipelines independently
- Strong negotiation skills to bring two parties to agreement
- Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email
