💼 About This Role

You'll advance student achievement among English language learners as part of The Menta Education Group. Collaborate with the curriculum team to develop a vertically aligned, research-based curriculum. Provide modeling and coaching for staff, with local travel to schools reimbursed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Instruct ELL students with disabilities in academic subjects.
• Train teachers and staff in ELL curriculum and interventions.
• Attend IEP meetings for ELL students.
• Develop and update IEP goals for EL students.

📋 Requirements

• ISBE PEL Endorsed or Approved for LBS2/Bilingual Specialist
• Flexibility to teach multiple grade levels as populations change
• Ability to work with youth with emotional/behavioral/academic difficulties
