You'll assist with site build and load-out for festivals at Jacobs Pavilion, handling signage, fencing, and supplies. Your core impact is keeping the grounds safe and clean through detailed walks and repairs. This role offers hands-on experience in live event production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with site build and load-out of assets like signage and fencing.
• Keep grounds safe and clean through detailed site walks and repairs.
• Monitor, track, and fuel vehicles, carts, and machinery as needed.
• Coordinate distribution of water and collection of debris.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 0-2 years experience in festival or event production
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move objects up to 25 lbs
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Heavy equipment and OSHA certifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
