💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technology strategy for the Fincrime cluster at ClearBank, a fintech building real-time banking infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. You'll manage 14 engineers including 2 Engineering Managers and a Staff Engineer, driving innovation in a regulated environment with complex third-party dependencies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technology strategy, execution, and delivery for fincrime cluster
• Manage and develop Engineering Managers, identify hiring needs
• Drive cross-functional partnerships with Product Leadership
• Oversee design and maintenance of scalable technology solutions

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading people managers and technology teams
• Proven technology judgment and commercially viable decision-making
• Experience working within financial crime
• Experience managing high scale 24/7 technology platforms
