You'll develop trekking itineraries, build partner relationships, and scale your brand using Ventura TRAVEL's infrastructure. This unique intrapreneur program offers profit sharing and the autonomy to build your vision.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and scale your new hiking-focused travel brand
• Build relationships with local guides and mountain lodges
• Design meaningful trekking itineraries from gentle walks to multi-day treks
• Collaborate with the marketing team to attract the right audience
• Lead a motivated team to grow your brand sustainably

📋 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for hiking
• Leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
• Proficiency in English (company language)

• Several years of experience in hiking or outdoor travel operations
• Good understanding of Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools
