• Develop and innovate embedded finance products

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (8+ for Staff)
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Excellent at making the right level of abstraction in design
• Clean communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech, payments, or regulated industry experience
• High-scale performance tuning (100k+ QPS, strict SLAs)
• Multi-tenant SaaS or platform architecture background
