💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary point of contact for our generator customers, building strong relationships to drive long-term value. Your work ensures they feel valued and understood, helping tem become the trusted engine powering energy transactions. You'll collaborate across teams to shape the customer experience from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for generator customers.
  • Build proactive relationships with UK generators, solving blockers and unlocking opportunities.
  • Identify gaps in the customer journey and design scalable improvements.
  • Collaborate across Product, Ops, Sales, and Marketing to turn insights into action.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success in fast-moving B2B environments.
  • Strong operational mindset with ability to move between strategic and hands-on execution.
  • Fluency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and translating data into actions.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to turn conversations into insight.

  • Experience with B2B supply-side customers, especially in energy or marketplace businesses.
  • Exposure to early-stage or high-growth tech startups.
