You'll lead and grow a distributed team of Engineers, fostering high trust and psychological safety. Your team owns CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and developer experience for our SaaS products. You'll partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to improve product health and drive operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed engineering team.
• Drive strategic improvements to CI/CD pipelines and developer experience.
• Partner with teams to level up testing strategies and software quality.
• Define architectural guardrails for test automation and delivery pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as an Engineering Manager in a formal people management role.
• Deep expertise in software quality and QA/SDET practices.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines at a mid-sized SaaS company using GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Python, and Django.
